-7am run w Iris. 6 miles. (Hope to see deer!)
-20 minutes HIIT
-45 minutes Pilates. Extension day (I always choose a theme- flexion, extension, lateral movement, ab-centric etc)
Drink 100oz water
Choose patience and kindness (the former is tricky for me)
POSTURE ALL DAY!
