Sunday: look at your work & social schedule to plan your DAILY workouts.

Sunday: go grocery shopping and (loosely) plan your meals

Sunday: do laundry to ensure your workout gear is ready for workouts

EveryDamnDay Workout:

-Cardio: necessary for heart, mind, and soul. #prozac

-Weights: necessary for muscle growth, bone support and metabolic stability.

-Stretch: necessary for connective tissue (muscles, ligaments and tendon) suppleness, bone support and muscular stability.

Just like that. Simple eh?
