It’s Tuesdaytips day!

It’s summer time which also means  all summer good n bad happens. Cuts, bruises, green hair from pools, swimmers ear etc etc...

SO READ UP PEOPLE THIS IS A GREAT LIST!
-APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: calms your system.  eczema, psoriasis, rashes, sunburns, UTIs, yeast infections etc.  Take DAILY: 2T solo, 1/4C in a MASSIVE glass of water, 1C in a bath. 

-WHITE VINEGAR: takes ALL tea, sweat, stank and dingy out of whites.  Apply onto white. Soak. Place in laundry as usual. 

-HYDROGEN PEROXIDE: cleans owies (yep, love that word), skin, helps with swimmers ear etc.  5 drops in ear & wait 5 minutes. Repeat other ear

-ALOE: helps all burns.  Keep a plant in your house. They're hard to kill- I've succeeded only once.  Tear a bit off and place goo on the burn.  Genius stuff and freeeee! 

-BAKING SODA:  SO MANY USES!

Controls stank in fridge and clothing too.  1/4C in laundry- wash. Done. #BAM   

Great for clearing drains. Dump in about 1/2 c. baking soda. Let that sit for a few minutes. Then, pour a mixture of 1 c. vinegar and 1. c very hot water down on top of the baking soda.  

SHORT LIST FOR BS (baking soda people! yeesh!):  exfoliant, clears rashes, toothpaste, cleans breath, settles upset belly, cleans brushes and combs, foot-soak
