A GIFT! You have the opportunity to learn to do these things to the best of your ability & be the best you can be...at that moment...and then keep learning! Why wouldn't you want that? Sorry...I don't and will never understand why people don't think that it's all pretty magical. Yep, I'm a bit half-full...I heard I was born pretty cheery but was always pretty chubby too. I stayed chubby till I learned to have a healthy relationship with food and workouts. #truth . I wasn't born fit or trim. Nope. I just learned what it took to change my metabolism. I liked the way I felt and looked and I've kept learning.
I remember when I turned 30, many women said my metabolism would change...I guess? Not sure. Same after babies and at 40.
Now at 50, I'm hearing the same. I'm sure it is but I'm working with it and learning me: EVERY. DAMN. DAY.
Now: go do YOU; Learn you. Figure you out. Commit to you.
The same way you would teach your children: DO YOUR BEST!!
