Wednesday Work out at the Pond

(I brought a blue band and my friend Crystal this time!😘)

-RUN 3 laps around stupid-cute pond!

—ALTERNATE W PARTNER

-Row w squats (20), stay low and row (20) and stay low w reverse fly (20)

-Dips (20) wide push ups (20)

—ALTERNATE W PARTNER

-Pullovers (25) and Tricep Kickbacks (25)

-Bench Bump Sumo Squats

HILL SPRINTS (5)

(find steps)

--Jump Squats (20), Side Jumps Squats (20, both sides)

RUN (jog) 10 min

ALTERNATE W PARTNER

-Tricep wall push (25- look easy but when done right are badass!)

-Mini Bicep Curls (20) and Serve-A-Tray (20)

STRETCH!!!!

BAM! Done!! Woohoo!
