TRICEPS. Are allll that.

You probably know that your triceps muscle is the large muscle on the back of the upper arm. What you might not know is that the triceps is actually the LARGEST muscle in your arm: it has three points of attachment since it is longer than the biceps, which has only two. IT ONLY OPERATES when you straighten your arms from bent. NOT the other way which is your bicep (curl). THIS MEANS: your jiggly stuff will ONLY go away when you intentionally work it or throw a ball or place a package on a shelf…repeatedly…as if exercising…you see where I’m going with this: IF YOU WANT YOUR ARMS SMALLER AND MORE DEFINED? I’m sure it’s pretty safe to say that we all struggle with feeling beautiful. I read that even Giselle does! I mean, if she does… I’m also going to go out on a limb to say that when we do, it’s either because we feel we're feeling strong, being kind or being funny. Yes, yes, that outfit may look smashing as well but…why does that outfit look good? It isn’t only because of a pair of Louboutins, those pretty gems, or you've just had your hair done. They help for sure! :) . It’s because we’ve worked it from the inside as well. Workin Full-Body-Integrated

#WorkoutWednesday It’s always about fitting it all in…I’m a wifey, mama to 5 (including my man 😘 ) and own a couple companies. The balance of things is real (pun intended!)! . I like efficient and effective workouts. I LOVE full body integrated workouts; using my whole bod @ the same time. It’s a bit tougher to focus on form but totally doable! READ and then do try this @ home kids…and then get back to me with questions/advice/rescuing. 👊 ✨ THIS SERIES: -HAIR: morning pinktails. A must. -EQUIPMENT: I used a TRX and sliders.
