I don't mean to sound like a downer but there are days that I'm just not motivated. I'm tired of working out, eating healthy, thinking of blog or picture ideas. Just tired. Today is that.
So, what's a girl to do?
I got my butt outta bed at the crack of darkness, drank some badass coffee (I'd take it thru an IV if I could), fed my 4-leggeds and worked out. ''Twas a struggle. I sweated it out on my stepper, 100 squats, 5 min of abs (next wed post is my 5 min ab series), stretched and off for my busy Friday!
Just like that saying: no one ever says "I shouldn't have worked out"! So I did. I feel happy. Proud. #BAM
