I have spent the last 30 years in this world of fitness. I’ve spent the last 20 learning business. In that time, I needed to prioritize, create/define order and make decisions best for my life; kids, hubby, business, dogs, teachers, clients, etc. So life didn't suck me in and define me. I needed to define it on my terms. Some of it intuitive, some I’ve researched. I looked into the lives of the most productive & successful people. 🔻Here are 5 things I learned that ALL of them do: 1. Wake early. EARLY is self-defined. However, all of them before 7am. 2. Eliminate decision making tasks: PREP the night before 3. Like I said yesterday: Create your A.M. routine. 4. Exercise & Hydrate (check out my #oneminutewellness this Thursday) 5. “Eat The Frog”. Mark Twain said that "if the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you can go thru the day knowing that’s probably the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long”. I hate implying that work is hateful. It’s implied that its the most important task. If it’s not work outside the home, its definitely my babes. #momslife .
