#TuesdayTips: Got Sleep?

I’m getting busier with work. This means less time for life. Yet, my biz isn’t where I want it to be and my little family is THE most important! I need to keep the balance. #entrepreneurlife . With Pilates.Evolved being only 11 months old, my present excitement, dedication and perseverance are crucial for its success. Needless to say, I think about business A LOT! 😴😳 So...I wake at night a couple times and my brain spins… can you relate? #erg I recently began taking an incredible homeopathic sleep aid, so I do drift back off to sleep. That’s new and amazing! I do feel more rested! #praisebe But, WHY? Can’t I stay asleep? ⬇️ SO! I thought I’d read up on that. I read about half dozen articles.
