What Is Your Reason; Your Why?
💡What’s your REASON? Your WHY?
This isn’t your goal, as in your workout goal or money goal.
This is your REASON for having your goal.
The WHY or REASON is the purpose, cause or belief that drives every one of us.
Obviously, without it, we aren’t motivated.
I’m often asked WHY I do what I do? 🧐
I love helping myself and others grow and change for the better.

•I love the feeling of my heart pounding when I run.
•I love the look of muscle and creating change in my body.
•I love creating business - it’s exciting! It’s a roller coaster for sure!
•I love having control of my own financial well-being and future!
•I love teaching and watching people “get it” when we’re working out or learning their bodies.
•I love helping people get healthier.
•I love knowing that helping others get healthier helps their entire lives: their work, relationships, families etc.
On days like today, when I’m tired and pressed snooze- twice! I think about all of this.
