What Happened to My Sleep??
I’m getting busier with work. This means less time for life.
Yet, my biz isn’t where I want it to be and my little family is THE most important!
I need to keep the balance. #entrepreneurlife .
With Pilates.Evolved being only 11 months old, my present excitement, dedication and perseverance are crucial for its success. Needless to say, I think about business A LOT! 🤯😴😳
So...I wake at night a couple times and my brain spins… can you relate? #erg
I recently began taking an incredible homeopathic sleep aid so I do drift back off to sleep! That’s new and amazing! So, I do feel more rested! #praisebe
But, WHY? Can’t I stay asleep?

How to wake earlier to be more alert thus, productive?
1️⃣NO tv in your bedroom
2️⃣Set your gym/work clothes out before you go to sleep
3️⃣Set an alarm to go to sleep
4️⃣Settle any unresolved issues
